ASL is designed to bring pre-teens JOY. Led by high schoolers.
Recognizing the limitations of existing social spaces, ASL will step in to feed our souls where other social spaces have failed to do so. ASL aims to provide a safe and supportive environment where girls can openly discuss crucial topics such as self-love, imposter syndrome, and making a difference.
The concept was developed to emphasize that your next friend is only a state away and that we can connect across state lines. ASL creates a digital sisterhood tailored for 9-12-year-olds, facilitated by high schoolers, aiming to provide a safe and supportive environment where girls can openly discuss topics such as mental health, self-love, and making a difference.
We uplift and empower pre-teens by fostering a space where they feel valued, heard, and confident in their identities. Through discussions on self-love, self-esteem, and self-worth, we remind them of their worth. |
We go beyond conversations by organizing virtual and in-person events, activities, and mentorship opportunities led by high schoolers. Our hands-on approach ensures that every girl leaves feeling inspired and equipped to make a difference. |
